Blank twill name bars are available with or without a sewn marrow edge. These bars are ideal for in-store lettering of team sponsor or player names using Presto Film Die-Cut letters or custom cut Easy Cut HTV film.

Pre-Spaced Easy Cut Names / Sponsors

Custom cut Easy Film comes on a mylar carrier for easy application. Just email us your team roster. We'll cut, weed and send each players name pre-sized, pre-spaced in any of our letter styles and ready to apply by you in house.

Pre-Printed Bars

Pre-Print bars are our twill bars with individual player names or sponsors (1 colour) in Presto Easy Cut pre-assembled in any of our letter styles with or without a sewn merrow edge.

3” bars have 2” Pre-Spaced names applied
4” bars have 3” Pre-Spaced names applied

Custom Sublimated Bars

Custom Sublimated Bars in PolySub or SubliTwill are an awesome addition to any uniform. Sublimation allows for a multi colour look without the bulky feel. Extremely durable bar with vibrant colours that won't fade. Use any of our type styles or send us what you have created and we can put it on one of our sub-bars.

PolySub bars are light weight and has a permanent adhesive so they don't need to be sewn.

SubliTwill bar which is thicker and matches nicely with twill numbers has a tacking adhesive and needs to be sewn. A merrow edge and permanent adhesive can be added to SubliTwill bars.

Pro-Twill Bars

You want that pro look jersey, well this is your product. We laser cut any of our type styles out of 1 colour of Pro-Twill and zig-zag stitch them to a Pro-Twill bar to complete the pro look.

Available Size Bars:

2 and 3 colour letters are available but with limited type styles. Contact customer services for more information or email us what your looking for and we will let you know if its possible.
