Custom Laser Cutting | Reflective and EasyCustom Laser Cutting
Our Laser Cutting technology produces a professional looking design every time out. Most multi-colour designs are kiss cut and pre-aligned eliminating the need to align foregrounds and backgrounds.
We can cut a wide variety of materials Twill, Felt, Polysub, Reflective thermal vinyl and Presto Easy Cut. Embroidery sew disks are available with custom cut logos or you can select with a material a permanent adhesive.
The possibilities and combinations for decorating garments or uniforms are endless.

Custom Cut Reflective
Custom Cut Reflective logos or names are ideal for safety uniforms. Available in Silver Reflective with pre mask backing for easy application.
Reflective film can be applied directly to uniforms or to a twill background and sewn with a merrow edge as shown.
These are ideal for safety, company and enforcement uniforms.
Presto Easy Cut
Presto Easy Cut is our new and improved cuttable thermal vinyl for team logos, names and numbering. You send us your design or name list and we will cut and weed your design and send it back to you ready for application.
Our vinyl comes on a mylar carrier for easy application to garments or uniforms. Applies to both cotton and polyester fabrics and is available in a wide variety of colours.
