We embroider your design on twill and cut to shape. Crest can be stitched edge and glue back added if needed. We can work with your error free embroidery file or our art department can create a unique custom design for you.

We can design and digitize your logos, custom cut required twill and then embroider the necessary detail.

Sublimated Polyester Laser Cut Crest
We use dye sublimation ink and polyester material to create a vibrant, soft pliable and durable crest. You get a great look that last with no limits to the amount of colors you use. Crests are then laser cut to a contour shape or any other shape.
Our permanent adhesive eliminates the need for sewing to the garment or jersey. Match these crests with our sublimated namebar and numbers to complete the look.
Vector art is required for the sublimating process. If you don't have any our Art Department can create art for you for an additional cost.
Sublimated Twill Crest
We match the best in dye sublimated transfers with the best twill substrate which results in a high quality sublimated twill crest. These crests will withstand the industrial washing that uniforms require.
They are ideal for multi-colour or process colour designs which would otherwise have costly artwork and production costs. The twill has a light adhesive for tacking purposes only.
